Payment accepted by check/cash/credit card/venmo

  • 3% credit card convenience fee wil be added to final bill if balance is paid by credit card
  • 2% venmo fee will be added ONLY IF purchases option is turned on when making payment via venmo. No fee if that option is turned off

Deposit is non-refundable or non-transferable for any reason including but not limited to health, COVID, weather etc.

 

Party policies:

  • Final number of kids and adults to be finalized 7 days before party.  No refund for no-shows or late cancellations due to health, COVID, weather etc.
  • All guest attending must sign online waiver before arrival
  • Socks mandatory for all. Available for purchase for $3
  • Balance is due the day of the event
  • Invoice will be sent within 72 hours of booking via email
  • Taxes 6.8% and 18% gratuity will be added to final bill

  • Depost is non-refundable if cancellation occurs due to COVID, weather, health or any other reason. Staff scheduling is done in advance and vendors are paid in advance hence we cannot refund deposit or change the event date for any reason.

    Cancellation 2-4 weeks prior to party date, 50% of the party cost listed on invoice is the responsibility of the person throwing the party. Cancellation within 2 weeks of the party date, 75% of the party cost listed on invoice is the responsibility of the person throwing the party. Cancellation within 1 week of the party date, 100% of the party cost is the responsibility of the person throwing the party.
