In order to focus on all areas of a child's growth and help children to achieve their full potential, we follow a structured program for both the Toddler Program and PreK Prep. Below schedule may vary slightly depending upon the activities for the day and the age group.

8:55am - 9:00am – Drop-off

9:00am – 9:20am – Meet & Greet in play area (helps children feel comfortable and also helps in gentle separation)

9:20am – 9:45am – Table-top activities/sensory bins/ small group activities; legos, magnetic tiles, blocks, puzzles, stackers, pegs (encourages cognitive development & sensory processing)

​

9:45am – 9:55am – Wash Hands/ Toilet

​​

10:00am – 10:20am – Snack time followed by diaper change for the younger kids and bathroom break for the older ones (UJP provides nut-free snack such as cheerios, goldfish etc.)

​

10:20am – 10:45am – Circle time/Music instruments/finger puppets/weather/calendar/letter recognition/phonics/counting/theme related discussions (encourages language & oral development)

​

10:45am – 11:00am – Music & Movement/Pretend-play toys (encourages social-emotional development & positive peer relations)

​

11:00am – 11:20am – Story time/Books/touch & feel books (encourages reading readiness)

​

11:20am – 11:40am ­­– Arts & Crafts/tracing worksheets/play doh/beading/using scissors (encourages literacy, writing skills & fine-gross motor skills)

​

11:40am – 12:00 pm – Recess; children can choose to read, make puzzles, play with blocks, color (encourages independence & improves performance)

​

12:00pm – 12:45pm – Lunch Time (children enjoy lunch together while practicing self-help skills, table manners, and social conversation)

​

12:45pm – 1:00pm – Bathroom, Diapering, and Quiet Transition Activities

​

1:00pm – 2:30pm – Rest & Nap Time (children rest in a calm, nurturing environment; non-sleepers may engage in quiet books and table activities)

​

2:30pm – 2:45pm – Wake-Up Routine, Bathroom, and Afternoon Snack

​

2:45pm – 3:30pm – Enrichment Block (science exploration, sensory play, cooking activities, STEM challenges, gardening, cultural celebrations, or theme-based projects)

​

3:30pm – 4:15pm – Gross Motor Play / Active Games (supports physical development, coordination, and teamwork)

​

4:15pm – 4:45pm – Creative Exploration Centers (building, art studio, dramatic play, puzzles, sensory tables, and collaborative projects)

​

4:45pm – 5:15pm – Afternoon Choice Time & Social Play (children choose activities based on their interests while strengthening friendships and independence)

​

5:15pm – 5:30pm – Wind-Down Activities, Story Time, and Pick-Up
